报告人简介:

Nikolaos Sygrimis教授是希腊雅典农业大学教授,GEOMETION高技术公司主席,2001-2006年CIGR国际农业工程委员会第七分会信息系统分会主席,组织主持过多次重要国际学术会议,在工程管理、系统工程、水资源管理、商务运作、项目管理等几个领域具有丰富的经验。Nick Sigrimis 教授于1982年美国康奈尔大学获得博士学位;于1982年至今在希腊雅典农业大学任教;主要研究方向包括: 环境气候参数的智能控制与有效管理、网络远程管理体系、无线传感器应用、系统集成、食品安全及可溯源系统,GIS地理信息系统和精细农业,农用机器人,现代农业机械化自动化应用等。

报告内容简介:

Precision agriculture is starting to play a key role in the new generation of modern agricultural revolution (4.0 or 5.0). Smart agriculture, together with ICT, is taking first priority in the world’s Industrial trends. UN about Sustainability issues has mandated meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. If we also reverse to plan the Greenness of the future but also respect equally the present people’s prosperity, we are reaching the sense of wise agriculture. With automated agricultural process optimisation, and the recent innovation within the landscape of robotics and autonomous machines, all empowered by smart sensing, provides an immense promise to make sustainability possible. The understanding of wise agriculture is important to be identified by the scientific and political community as a significant issue because it is needed for nations to develop and adopt these emerging technologies for the Prosperity of People of the Present and of the Future.
