Announcement
Currently, a new generation of information technologies represented by artificial intelligence are profoundly transforming the production paradigms and management models of global agriculture. In light of scenarios such as biological breeding, agricultural production management, and pest and disease prevention and control, accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of agriculture has become an urgent requirement for advancing agricultural modernization. To conduct in-depth explorations of the cutting-edge trends, core technologies and industrial practices of artificial intelligence-enabled agricultural technological innovation, and to strengthen international academic exchanges and cooperation, China Agricultural University (CAU) will host the 9th International Conference on Smart Agriculture Innovation Development (ICSAID 2026) in Beijing, July 2026. We sincerely invite distinguished experts, scholars, researchers and industry practitioners worldwide to attend this event and contribute to this grand event.

4. Call for Papers
All the participants are invited to submit academic papers in either English or Chinese. All the manuscripts will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation, and should not be published elsewhere before the notification of acceptance or rejection. Selected papers will be recommended to one of the following journals for publication：International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering (SCI-indexed), Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering (EI-indexed), Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery (EI-indexed), Rural Electrification（CACJ）.
For those selected papers, at least one author must attend this conference to present the research work and pay the conference registration fee. If the recommended paper is accepted by the journal, the Article Processing Charge (APC) shall be paid by the author directly to the journal. For the format of the paper, please refer to the requirements of the journal to be submitted.
Please submit your paper in word format to zhkj@cau.edu.cn with the title “ICSAID2026+ +Author’s Name+ Affiliation+ Target Journal”.

6. Registration
The registration fee is required for attending this conference. The early registration fees before June 20, 2026 are RMB 1,500 for regular participants and RMB 750 for students. The normal registration fees after June 20, 2026 are RMB 2,000 for regular participants and RMB 1,000 for students.
